We’ll discuss how drones have created major opportunities as well as misunderstandings for professional communicators. David Callahan

David Callahan is an Oklahoma City-based commercial filmmaker and storyteller who works with clients to bring stories and products to life with digital filmmaking tools. He knows that in a noisy world of product claims, facts and figures, the best way to stand above the din is to tell a compelling narrative.

David’s work has taken him around the world, filming projects in more than 20 countries for multiple clients.

In 2013 David launched Resolute Visuals. His most prominent projects include an Emmy Award winning national television campaign “Are You a Cowboy?” for Oklahoma State University in 2014 as well as being the cinematographer and editor for the Emmy Nominated “2015 Oklahoma Tourism advertising campaign.”

27 years later, David is as passionate as ever about telling visual stories that move people, implementing the cutting edge digital tools that are available to filmmakers today.

David is also a volunteer bi-vocational pastor at Frontline Church and resides in Oklahoma City with his wife of 22 years and two children.

The luncheon will be held at the Boldt Construction building at 100 W. Hefner Rd. Oklahoma City, OK 73114 (Click here for a Google Map). Please be sure to get there in time for networking — from 11:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. The actual luncheon will be from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
