Diana Rogers Jaeger, APR helps businesses harness the power of appreciation to achieve greater success. As a consultant and certified trainer, she specializes in working with organizations to create a culture of appreciation that leads to increased employee productivity, retention and morale. She educates audiences on the 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace and motivates individuals to show appreciation in ways that are both meaningful and effective. She is also a business gift consultant.
Diana is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City's Signature Class 35 and LOYAL Class I and a recipient of the OKC Biz Forty Under 40 Award and the Journal Record Achievers Under 40 Award. Her education includes a Bachelor’s degree in public relations and a Master’s degree in adult and continuing education, both from the University of Oklahoma. In her spare time, she volunteers for Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma and has served on its board of directors for the past eight years. Diana loves to collect experiences and journal about them, which is why she is training to run her first marathon this year.
